Cole Rector will be a Spring 2027 graduate from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While at UNC, he has competed as a member of the Holderness Moot Court Negotiation Team and served in several leadership roles, including President of the Veterans Advocacy Legal Organization (VALOR), Co-President of the Consumer Legal Advocacy Society (CLAS), and Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Society. Cole currently serves as an extern in the chambers of the Honorable Pamela W. McAfee at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and will join Fox Rothschild, LLP as a Summer Associate later this year. He extends his gratitude to Professor Kara Bruce for introducing him to bankruptcy, which he hopes to pursue as a career.
